Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire - 1st Shift)

Salary: $75,000-$90,000/year (based on experience)

Shift: 1st Shift

We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing production equipment in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be the primary maintenance expert onsite and help support future production line expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to equipment line calls and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and repair manufacturing machinery.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Install, adjust, and maintain new machinery and automated systems.
• Troubleshoot high-speed automation equipment and production systems.
• Ensure equipment runs safely, efficiently, and at peak performance.
• Maintain maintenance records and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist with future facility growth and production line buildouts.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with high-speed automation equipment required.
• Knowledge of machinery installation and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency in a fast-paced setting.
