This unarmed, driving post involves routine patrols, visible presence, and customer-focused communication while responding to security-related concerns. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entry points, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support loss prevention efforts, observe customer and employee interactions, and document security-related incidents as needed.
• Assist with closing and opening activities, support crowd and line management during busy periods, and provide clear directions during alarms, evacuations, and/or other emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
