As a Security Officer Patrol Agent in Cape Canaveral, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Cruise Ops, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic cruise operations location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support a welcoming environment, and help to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities in a calm, professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical calls, and/or critical situations with a problem-solving approach, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, boarding areas, public access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, restricted areas, and/or visitor access points, verifying credentials and following post orders for authorized entry.
• Assist with crowd management, queue observation, and guest or staff directions during busy operational periods, embarkation activities, and other high-traffic events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
