Description These PC Deployment Technician will support a largescale PC refresh project beginning this spring. This role focuses on preparing, imaging, configuring, and deploying new Windows devices to end users. The technician will assist employees with transferring data, accounts, and settings to their new systems. They will work directly with users across all organizational levels, requiring strong communication and professionalism. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to daily operations. The technician will collaborate closely with the existing IT team to maintain accuracy, security, and efficiency throughout the deployment. OneDrive Registration & Data Transfer Support: Ability to assist users with OneDrive signin, syncing, and verifying that all files transfer correctly to the new device. 2. Intune Company Portal & Application Installation: Experience using the Intune Company Portal to install, validate, and troubleshoot software deployments on Windows devices. 3. Remote PC Access & User Coordination: Skill in remotely accessing preimaged devices, coordinating with end users on scheduled deployment times, and guiding them through the transition process. Additional Skills & Qualifications* Soft Skills: Strong communication, accurate documentation, spreadsheet proficiency, and polished professionalism when working with users up to director level. Experience with hardware setup and troubleshooting is beneficial. Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic IT support workflows is helpful. Ability to follow structured deployment processes and document work clearly is required. Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
