What to Expect As a Sustaining Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing construction projects within our manufacturing facility, ensuring the upkeep, expansion, and improvement of our factory infrastructure. The Sustaining Construction Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency, complying with process and safety standards, and executing improvements without impacting production.
