Job Description Identify business requirements and solutions related to the support of the specific business area for implementation of a packaged system software. Responsible for configuration and administration of the Packaged Software, and participating in process design, and system testing. What You'll Do * Serve as the point of contact for an existing application area, including data definitions, usage and file structure, technical structure of the code and the business rules, and structure of requirements that govern the functionality of the system. * Support the business area and technology areas in planning and implementing Packaged Software changes. * Assist in the development of Packaged Software modification requirements and Interface Design Specifications. Configure necessary tables in Packaged Software to support the specific business area. * Establish and maintain simple Packaged Software configuration. * With direction, perform all necessary discovery and fact finding to fully understand and execute routine assignments.
