Primary responsibility is for the day-to-day coordination of marketing material and assistance of marketing initiatives for various hospital service lines and physician practices.

Product Line Coordinator Responsibilities

  1. Research and gather information for various service line marketing programs and projects.
  2. Assist in the support for the Physician Practice marketing initiatives.
  3. Project traffic coordinator. Oversees deadlines of service line projects from inception, through design, print and delivery. Handles multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritizing to consistently meet projects targets.
  4. Maintains inventory of all service line marketing collateral. Responsibility includes proactively identifying low inventory items, initiates the revise by coordinating with appropriate service line department, reprint and distribution. Oversee distribution of material throughout all three hospitals and physician practices.
  5. Coordinating the quoting, printing, delivery and billing of all marketing material.
  6. Assist coordination of special events.

REQUIRED

  1. A. degree from accredited institution or an Associate's with 6 years of experience.
  2. Minimum of one (1) year experience in marketing or communications.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of projects within prescribed deadlines.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Suite: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Indesign, etc.
  6. Ability to work under limited supervision.
  7. Experience and proficiency conducting internet research.

PREFERRED

  1. A. degree in marketing or journalism
  2. Experience in a hospital marketing department or advertising agency preferred.
  3. Experience with marketing projects research, coordination with various contact personnel and maintains deadlines and budgets preferred.
