Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in financial accounting and operational transaction processing to support our depository consignment business. This role is responsible for sales reconciliation, accruals, audit support, subscription forecasting, and inventory analysis, partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to support accurate reporting and informed decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile sales and transactional data across SAP, Sales Flash, and General Ledger
  • Prepare accruals, supporting schedules, and monthend close documentation
  • Analyze subscription forecasts, returns, expirations, and replacements
  • Review and manage open sales orders, returns, and inventory movement discrepancies
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing analyses and audit documentation
  • Process chargebacks and manual sales/returns entries
  • Monitor sales feeds and system integration, partner with IT on system issues
  • Produce ad hoc operational and financial reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, operational finance, or business reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience reconciling large datasets
  • Experience with accruals, forecasting, audits, and monthend close processes
  • ERP experience preferred (SAP or similar)
  • Detailoriented, analytical, and capable of working independently and crossfunctionally in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in subscriptionbased or inventorydriven businesses
  • Experience supporting business process changes with IT
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Access and/or SQL; experience building reports, dashboards, or automation tools a plus

Salary Range:

$88,000 - 98,00
