About the opportunity
As a Contract Logistics Associate, you play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations within our logistics environment. You report to the Logistics Manager and support with documenting, and tracking the selecting, shipping, and receiving of customer and supplier products and information. In this handson role, you help keep materials moving efficiently, accurately, and safely across the organization.
This is a 3-month contract with the possibility to extend.
Your tasks include
  • Working with the SAP ERP system to process transactions accurately and on time.
  • Stocking supply shelves, performing cycle counts, issuing materials, and delivering supplies to internal customers.
  • Verifying incoming goods and information against purchase orders or shipping documents and entering data into the ERP system.
  • Packaging, verifying, and labeling outgoing shipments and parcels.
  • Processing daily orders using FedEx, UPS, or DHL online shipping tools.
  • Supporting additional duties and overtime as required to ensure operational continuity.
Your profile
  • Experience in a teamoriented pick/pack fulfillment environment with shipping and receiving responsibilities; life science or biotech exposure is a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, or DHL online shipping platforms.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Epicor, Syteline, or Infor.
  • Strong computer skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel, including the ability to create documents when needed.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks safely, including lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted and operating manual pallet jacks or hand trucks.
  • Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions to completion.

The typical pay rate for this role is $20-$23/hour. This temporary and/or contract position is not eligible for QIAGEN's company benefits. The position includes only those benefits mandated by applicable state and federal law, if any, which are provided by the agency employer.
