Description

Continental Properties is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to support our Construction, Design and Development teams at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI.

In this role, you'll serve as a key support partner to our Construction, Design, and Development leaders, helping drive efficiency, organization, and collaboration across the team. You'll proactively identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes, improve workflows, and keep daytoday operations running smoothly. If you're highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment, this role is a great fit for you.

We are embracing a hybrid working environment and you can work a combination of in the office and remote.

Essential Responsibilities:



  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Construction, Design, and Development teams


  • Coordinate calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports for executives
  • Collect, review, and distribute department mail
  • Process invoices, check requests, and expense reporting
  • Maintain records related to payments, permits, and departmental expenses


  • Schedule and coordinate Investment Committee and department meetings
  • Prepare meeting materials, set up conference rooms, and track notes and action items
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the home office and route website/HubSpot inquiries appropriately
  • Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment
  • Support department events, meetings, and milestone celebrations
  • Maintain and organize department files and SharePoint records


Skills for Success:




  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field



  • 2 or more years of related experience



  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment with high attention to detail and strong followthrough



  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support senior leaders



  • Proactive problemsolver with a continuous improvement mindset

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The posted salary range represents our good faith estimate of the base salary for this role at the time of posting. Final compensation is based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include bonus potential or other forms of compensation and benefits.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
