APP Nocturnist for UNC Health Lenoir in Kinston, NC

UNC Health Medical Group (UNCHMG) is looking for an APPHospitalist to join the growing Hospital Medicine program in Kinston, North Carolina. This position involves delivering high-quality and team-based inpatient services. Schedule: 7 nights on and 7 nights off (7pm-7am)

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited PA or NP program
• Experienced Hospitalist PA or NP preferred
• New Grads APPs with inpatient ED or ICU experience are welcome to apply

Education Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina. Board certification if required by the Department.

Professional Experience Requirements:

• No prior experience required.

• Demonstrated clinical competency.
• Effective leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills.
