Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Lifecycle Services Portfolio Project Management Office. The LCS Project Manager is responsible for simultaneously leading and coordinating a number of complex, cross functional projects through the Modular Launch and Development (MOD) process that support Lifecycle Services (LCS) strategy and business objectives. You will play a critical part in the Offer Lifecycle Management (OLM) process which is our end-to-end methodology for planning, funding, executing, measuring, and sustaining offerings.

This role partners closely with business leaders, product management, engineering, finance, and delivery teams to prioritize initiatives, govern them well, and execute them with discipline, transparency, and measurable outcomes. The Project Manager owns end-to-end delivery across the project lifecycle, from initiation through execution, release, and close. Additionally, you will drive consistency in project management practices, financial discipline, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across LCS.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects through all phases of the lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, release, and close
  • Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risks.
  • Drive rigorous planning and execution to achieve commitments on time, within cost targets, and aligned to quality and performance expectations
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies across projects and teams
  • Coordinate work across multiple functions, teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and integration
  • Provide clear and transparent communication on projects that is aligned to needs and expectations of various business stakeholder
  • Be the primary point of accountability for stakeholder communication, ensuring shared understanding of priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Drive decisionmaking by clearly articulating tradeoffs, impacts, and recommendations
  • Apply change management principles (e.g., ADKAR) to drive adoption and sustained outcomes
  • Build strong relationships across LCS, engineering, product management, finance, and operations
  • Manage and track project budgets, forecasts, and spend. Document the causals for any variance
  • Ensure financial discipline and alignment between scope, funding, and delivery commitments
  • Measure success through defined KPIs including schedule, cost, quality, risk, and business outcomes
  • Support continuous improvement of PMO metrics, reporting, and execution effectiveness
  • Contribute to the evolution of LCS PMO standards, tools, and best practices
  • Implement and adopt tools that drive efficiency within projects such as AI, SmartSheets, dashboarding, reporting tools, etc.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline or Computer Science.
  • Typically requires 8+ years of experience in a project management or project leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in project planning, execution, risk management.
  • Lean six sigma/green belt certification or equivalent process improvement experience
  • Strong experience applying change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR)
  • PMP certification
