Position Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated, energetic HR, Legal and Operations Intern to join our Legal Team for the summer and assist us in a number of areas, including:

• Monitoring changes in relevant global labor and employment regulations.
• Auditing labor and employment processes to evaluate trends and risk profiles.
• Evaluating the use of GenAI tools and capabilities to streamline and automate labor and employment practices.
• Completing projects to improve legal processes and facilitate collaboration.
• Researching and modeling best practices and alternative approaches.

• Quickly understand key business objectives.
• Spot risks and opportunities quickly, providing concise summaries and actionable solutions.
• Manage diverse projects independently with a high level of efficiency and collaboration.

Qualifications

Experience and Skills Preferred:

• Current enrollment in a university degree program.
• Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and interpersonal skills that foster teamwork and effective working relationships.

Compensation Info

The U.S. hourly range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
