AI Transformation Office(AITO)isfocusedon taking Microsoft's own AI transformation narrative to Enterprise customers to help accelerate their transformation journeys and drive meaningful pipeline impact.AITOleadsthe adoption of Microsoft's AI technologies and solutions across the commercial organization. A core part of this workincludesestablishinga strong feedback loop,continuingto build and champion our Customer Zero storytelling,and partneringclosely with the Global Skilling team to ensure these insights are translated into scalable enablement across the field.

As aDirectorof Business Programsinthe AI TransformationOfficeyou willbefocused onprogrammaticallydriving the acceleration of AI adoptionand value realizationacross oursales community.The role will blend strategic alignment, stakeholder management,andtacticalprogram planning and executiontogether in a way which delivers focused, efficient, and intentionalpathways for AI adoption.Working as part of a cross-functionalsquadyou will helpidentify,alignand delivercritical pathactivities, including the management of risks, issues, and opportunitieswithin the AI Accelerator program.Your diverse skillset and strong leadership abilities will allow you to effectively influence and leadin a dynamic and ever-evolving space.

Responsibilities

AI AcceleratorProgram Management

  • You will be part of a cross-functional team to adapt and scale highly complex programs from initiation to delivery. You'll also lead the definition and tracking of success criteria and performance metrics.

  • You will partner with senior sales leaders to ensure program issues, concerns, and priorities are well understood and to shape, align, and execute AI Accelerator delivery roadmaps.

  • You will share best practices to define andexecute onaprogram deliveryplan,leadingthe rhythm of business during execution.You'llalso share yourexpertiseto promote the program and gain buy-in from stakeholders, partners, andinternalcustomers.

  • As you lead a portfolio of projects,you'llcommunicate theprogramstatus and risk tostakeholders, andhold them accountable tofollowingthe schedule.You'llalso lead cross-team collaboration to ensure program processes are executed efficiently.

AITO Operations Leadership

  • You will independently frame problems, define success metrics, and drive execution with limited direction.

  • You willdrive connection, alignment, and best practices within the AI Transformation Officeto ensure we areoperatingefficiently while continuously improving.

  • You will develop and deploy key operationalelementsegBowler charts, capacity managementframeworkto meet the evolving needs of the team.You'llworkacross MSFT toidentifyand adapt best practices, as appropriate



Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

  • Experience deliverying AI adoption across Enterprise Businesses.
  • Experience partnering with Senior Leaders on strategy and execution, working in a highly matrixed organization.

Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
