As a Technical Solution Management Specialist you will lead end to end onboarding for new business units by assessing processes, coordinating launch activities, and ensuring smooth postlaunch stabilization. You serve as the main liaison for prospective partners, managing intake, aligning solution design, facilitating communication, and guiding proposal and implementation efforts. You'll translate complex requirements into technical solutions through detailed process mapping, gap analysis, technical documentation, and collaboration with subject matter experts. You will also drive automation initiatives, evaluate integration needs, and strengthen testing and onboarding readiness by coordinating stakeholders, training, and continuous improvement efforts.
This opportunity will allow you to grow your skills in developing Agentic AI solutions to solve business problems, improve cross-functional collaboration abilities with Engineering organizations, and be at the forefront of the transformation from traditional business operations to AI powered Frontier Firms.
As a Technical Solution Management Specialist, you will build cross-team coordination and community of business and engineers to address increasingly complex challenges and opportunities in the areas of business and technology integrations, and to deliver technical solutions. This opportunity will allow you to understand and translate the complex opportunity areas and problem statements into business requirements for the all engineering teams working on the solution. You will partner with Engineering Teams to design roadmap(s) for complex solution area(s) and develop technical solutions and prioritize complex problems and solution areas. You will define the success criteria and performance metrics for an increasingly complex, high-impact solution.

Technical Solution Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
