Overview The Growth Team AI & Automations Lead uses AI and automation to help us win more work. This role sits at the center of proposals, capture, and technical teams, turning generative AI into practical tools that improve proposal quality, reduce rework, and strengthen win probability. You'll design prompts, shape AI-generated content with evaluator intent in mind, and build workflows that replace manual effort with smart systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to modernize how proposals are built, scale what works, and apply AI responsibly in a federal environment.
