What You'll Do:

• Inspect incoming materials and components to specification requirements
• Evaluate assembly workmanship and soldering to IPC-610/IPC-620 standards
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for conformance verification
• Document inspection results, prepare reports, and maintain quality records
• Analyze defects, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions
• Provide technical guidance to production technicians on quality standards
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 QMS procedures

What You'll Need:

• Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems
• IPC-610 and IPC-620 certification or working knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Soldering experience (inspection or hands-on)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or contract manufacturing preferred
