Warehouse Associate (Material Handler)

Location: Beverly, MA

Pay: $22.00/hour + shift differentials

Shifts Available



  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (+10%)
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (+15%)

Job Summary

We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate / Material Handler to support warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a climate-controlled distribution environment. This role focuses on accuracy, safety, and efficiency using modern material handling systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders with a high level of accuracy
  • Sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated material handling systems
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Ensure safe handling of materials to prevent damage and delays
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all PPE and safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals



Qualifications



  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly (heavier with assistance)
  • Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
