This role focuses on accuracy, safety, and efficiency using modern material handling systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance Pick, pack, and ship orders with a high level of accuracy Sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated material handling systems Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels Ensure safe handling of materials to prevent damage and delays Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all PPE and safety standards Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly (heavier with assistance) Basic math and computer skills for inventory tracking Strong attention to detail and organization Additional Information Climate-controlled facility with required PPE Free coffee on all shifts; free food and beverages on 3rd shift Click "Apply Now" to join a growing team focused on safety, accuracy, and operational excellence.
