Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM | Monday - Friday

Training will be on the 1st shift (6 AM - 2 PM) for 2 - 4 weeks.

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• 3+ years of warehouse/shipping/receiving clerk experience
• WMS experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track inventory levels; update inventory records accurately
• Manage warehouse workflow, including receiving, shipping, and staging of materials
• Enter, review, and maintain data in inventory systems and spreadsheets
• Generate reports related to inventory, productivity, and workflow
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth operations
• Verify shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
• Maintain organized records and filing systems
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
