Here's what we're looking for.

• Education: ABachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: At least5 years of experience in the quality assurance field, preferably within the automotive or plastics industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of quality management systems (QMS), statistical process control, and compliance audits.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Directs training for process inspectors and verifies they are following proper inspection methods and quality procedures.
• System Maintenance: Assists with documentation required forISO/TS 16949:2009, including control plans and work instructions.
• Data Analysis: Monitors inspection reports and statistical data to initiate actions that maintain acceptable performance levels.
• Operational Oversight: Develops new inspection methods, procedures, and control plans while ensuring all QA instructions are strictly followed.
• Reporting: Summarizes quality-related data and presents statistical findings to the Director of Quality or directly to customers as needed.
• Calibration: Maintains inspection documents and, if capable, performs in-house calibration of gauges.
