Now Hiring Production Associate

Location Mequon, WI

Pay $19.00/hour

Schedule Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM | Fridays off or optional overtime

What You'll Need to Qualify:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods (9+ hours)
• Able to lift/move up to 35 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. frequently
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, and Access)
• Positive attitude and willingness to work overtime
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions accurately

What You'll Do:

• Handle, transport, and load materials
• Operate mechanical production equipment
• Inspect and pack products to meet quality standards
• Log production output and record downtime
• Follow safety, health, and environmental standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support continuous improvement efforts
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
• Adhere to company policies and core values
