Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM | Monday + Tuesday + Wednesday + Friday + Saturday (Week 2: Sunday + Wednesday + Thursday)

• 1+ years of lamination, coating, or extruder machine operator experience
• Good with mechanics, tools, and troubleshooting

What You'll Be Doing

• Operates and ensures all machines are operating at the highest quality levels.
• Monitors the quality of the product at all times.
• Completes the daily housekeeping log sheet each day and turns it in.
• Direct and monitor assistants.
• Follows the schedule for the run order of all jobs.
• Responsible for all paperwork required for each order.
• Provide material pull sheets for upcoming jobs to the Material Handlers.
• Puts or directs the helper to put in color-coded flags with changes in the roll.
• At the end of each roll, check the basis weights of the adhesive being applied.
• Ensures that rolls are labeled before putting them into inventory.
• Fills our material inventory sheet for rolls going into inventory.
• Notifies the Lamination Supervisor in advance of requests for the department.
• Helps out with additional duties as requested.
