Position Summary:

The Consumer Loan Processor is the Voice of Telhio for Telhio's direct loan channels and is responsible for the processing and compliance of all lending centers non real estate direct lending products. In addition, the processor is also responsible for all titled loans produced in the branches. The processor prepares funds and processes all loans generated through this channel including secured and unsecured loan requests. Prior to loans being sent for signing the processor reviews the loan to ensure accuracy before it is sent to closing at a branch or via DocuSign. The processor then PDF's the loan docs and sends them to the appropriate loan closing site (Branch or DocuSign). Once the loan paperwork is signed, it is sent back to the processor for funding. The processor then determines all criteria has been met in order for the loan to be funded. Once the loan is funded the paperwork is reviewed for accuracy and compliance of returned signed contracts and compares written information with information that has populated in computer system. In addition, the direct processor ensures the validity and accuracy of loan payoffs and disburses loan proceeds in accordance with State and Federal Regulations. The processor exceeds delivery standards in a deadline driven environment.

What you will do:

Reviews and prepares all non retail direct lending center loans generated through Telhio's Lending Center.
Review's and prepares all titled loans produced in the branches.
Funds all non retail direct lending center loans generated through Telhio's Lending Center (currently funding between 3 to 4 million dollars or 85% of the Lending Center loan goal.
Funds all titled loans produced in the branches.
Loan Processing.
Make sure all required loan documents are included, signed and notarized(some docs may be listed/ attached in SAIL).
Provides lending center manager with funding reports twice daily, once first thing in the morning and once mid day.
Log each loan officers daily total on LC Tracker and note top performer and branch total and email to Lending Center manager and CC Lending Center Team.
Calculate mid day funding totals and inform manager of which LC's have funded what $ amounts and also inform him of loans scheduled to fund as well.
Identify and produce additional loan opportunities.
Build referral loan sources that can send loan business to the Lending Center.
Either refer loan back to the LC who had the application where the additional opportunity was identified, or take ownership of the loan to close.
