Description and Requirements

About the Position

Lead the architecture and evolution of an AI-native Enterprise Knowledge Platform that learns, connects, and acts-enabling employee digital twins and embedded enterprise agents that deliver auditable answers and take compliant actions inside core apps (e.g., SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, CRM). This role fuses semantic foundations (KG/ontologies), agent orchestration, hybrid retrieval, and governance-by-design to move from find answer act. This position is remote, will have core working hours in EST and is part of a global team with a traveling expectation of 5 days per month to our Morrisville, NC location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage platform operations for Enterprise Knowledge Management EKM platform workloads.
  • Implement observability, tracing, and SLA monitoring for AI Knowledge services.
  • Coordinate deployments, upgrades, and incident responses.
  • Ensure security and compliance in platform operations.
  • Optimize cost and latency for AI Knowledge management and service workloads.
  • Reliability engineering for AI agents: retries, circuit breakers, structured outputs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or relevant field required.
  • 5+ years of Experience supporting enterprise SaaS/AI platforms with high reliability and security standards.
  • 5+ years in platform/DevOps/IT operations.
  • 2+ years of Experience running LLM/agent workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Experience running LLM/agent workflows.
  • 8+ years in platform/DevOps/IT operations.
  • 8+ years of Experience supporting enterprise SaaS/AI platforms with high reliability and security standards.
  • 3+ years of Hands-on Experience with LLMOps and blue-green deployments.
  • Experience implementing Reliability engineering for AI agents: retries, circuit breakers, structured outputs.
  • Experience optimizing Security operations: guardrails (Llama Guard, NeMo Guardrails), prompt injection defense.
  • Deep familiarity with Azure AI Search and vector DB operations.
  • Deep familiarity with Modern Data Platforms.
  • Strong incident management and SLA ownership.
  • Customer Success Driven: brings experience delivering reporting to key stakeholders and partners.
  • Heavy user of agent AI products or dev frameworks, e.g. Google Gemini, GPT, Claude Anthropic, Grok, Devin AI, AgentForce, Microsoft Copilot Studio, GitHub CoPilot, Google Antigravity, Cursor, Glean, CrewAI with demonstrable results.
  • Advanced Degree a plus.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $130-155k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This position is remote, will have core working hours in EST and is part of a global team and has a traveling expectation of 5 days per month to our Morrisville, NC location.
