Key Responsibilities:



  • Design and execute creative recruitment strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, referrals, and proactive outreach to quickly identify, attract, and hire top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to align on role requirements, market insights, strategies, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to understand future business pursuits and proactively plan upcoming staffing needs, including placement of employees from projects about to end, building candidate pipelines, and preparing contingent offers.
  • Strategically source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels beyond inbound applications.
  • Review resumes and credentials for skills, experience, and potential fit across multiple roles.
  • Manage requisitions, candidate status, and job postings in the ATS while maintaining accurate, compliant candidate data and recruitment metrics.
  • Pre-screen candidates and conduct behavioral interviews to evaluate competencies, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, including salary discussions and offer negotiation, and complete the hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-fill.
  • Conduct compensation analysis to ensure internal equity and alignment with market data; provide guidance on competitive offers.
  • Create and maintain accurate, up-to-date job descriptions aligned with role expectations and market benchmarks.
  • Train and advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and candidate evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recruitment processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and career fairs to build relationships and expand the talent acquisition footprint.
  • Maintain and leverage relationships with recruiting agencies.
  • Contribute to company branding, university programs, and referral initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in the government contracting industry.
  • Proven experience partnering with hiring managers, conducting behavioral interviews, and developing SOPs.
  • A track record of performing incredibly well against quotas in recruiting, sourcing, large volumes of qualified candidates
  • Experience with compensation analysis to ensure competitive and equitable offers.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, including sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience managing recruiting workflows in HRIS systems (Paycom preferred).
  • Ability to recruit across a wide variety of technical and professional positions and quickly learn new roles.
  • Knowledge of federal and state recruitment compliance regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; collaborative and solution-oriented.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work schedule.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $90,000.00. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
