Customers are at the heart of our business - and our people are too. As the Human Resources Manager, reporting to the T&W Operations HR Director, you will be a catalyst for growth and change. You will ensure we continue developing our people and our unique capabilities in a creative and sensorial industry. Partnering with site leadership, you will create an environment where every employee can perform - strengthening our operational performance at our Florence, KY manufacturing site.

As part of the North American Human Resources team, you will collaborate with local management to deliver an outstanding HR partnership in a manufacturing environment. You will bring curiosity, courage, and empathy to lead organizational change and help shape a people strategy that supports achieving site and our goals.

Your responsibilities will include

Deliver Operational Excellence Partner with people managers to ensure efficient, delivery of all employee lifecycle activities - including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and learning. Use analytics to anticipate workforce trends, improve staffing, and enhance capability across production areas. Ensure strategic workforce planning and compliance with equal employment and accessibility regulations.

Champion Relationships and Growth Provide trusted counsel to managers and employees on performance, discipline, career development, and workforce effectiveness. Strengthen leaders' capabilities through coaching and education, linking leadership growth with improved team performance, reduced turnover, and increased productivity. Promote inclusion, safety, and well-being to sustain a culture built on respect and results.

Build Leaders and Skills at Every Level

Partner with site leaders to foster a skill-based culture that strengthens capability and inspires our performance. Use the Skills Matrix to assess and promote technical proficiency, leadership growth, and career progression across the shop floor. Champion internal mobility by linking skill development with clear career paths. Promote coaching, on-the-job learning, and cross-training to build expertise and improve safety, quality, and productivity. Empower supervisors and team leads as people developers who cultivate engagement, leadership, and continuous improvement aligned with our priorities.

Lead Change and Engagement Develop targeted, people-centered solutions directly aligned with our goals and transformation needs. Promote change management programs that engage employees, foster feedback, and strengthen our listening and accountability culture. Collaborate across teams to build careers - not just jobs - through purposeful development and inspiring experiences that enhance performance, engagement, and productivity.

You?

Your professional profile includes

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant experience in the field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in similar roles (preferably in food, beverage, manufacturing, or specialty ingredients industries).
  • Demonstrated expertise in HRIS systems and data analytics; process optimization experience welcome.
  • Experience driving organizational change and building inclusive cultures.
  • Coaching and facilitation capabilities.
