The Digital Enterprise Experience (DEX) team blazes the trail of enterprise technology. Role Overview

The DEX team seeks a Technical Program Management Senior Analyst and a Technical Program Management Lead (IC) with strong technical acumen and delivery expertise to provide leadership and cross-team coordination for large-scale, complex solution transformation across the DEX space. We are actively hiring for two levels on the same team. The skill set and responsibilities align across both roles; experience level is the primary differentiator.
Our Technical Program Managers (TPM) coordinate across multiple solution delivery teams, managing project and program budget, timeline, and scope delivery in partnership with Product Management - ensuring all work meets overall program goals and definitions of success. The TPM drives alignment across diverse teams for successful delivery of complex initiatives across the Employee Success, Communications, and Real Estate domains.
The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of Enterprise Experience and Agents, exceptional program management and interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to engage and present effectively to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Your Impact - Responsibilities
  • Ensure comprehensive alignment of deliverables across all contributing teams throughout the project and program lifecycle
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and onboarding for new program members
  • Drive prioritization and execution of cross-functional program initiatives
  • Oversee tracking and management of all program documentation and artifacts
  • Coordinate and monitor progression and successful delivery of critical program milestones
  • Lead thorough program retrospectives upon closure and following critical milestones to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
  • Actively engage with Portfolio Leaders to solicit and provide constructive feedback on Program Management tools, standards, and processes
  • Provide support to Portfolio Managers in the efficient intake and prioritization of new work
  • Contribute to Program Increment (PI) Planning (for SAFe-driven engagements) and other strategic work planning initiatives, synthesizing outputs into comprehensive program materials in close collaboration with Engineering and Product roles
  • Orchestrate and manage interdependencies between projects and programs within designated portfolios
Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to identify overall goals, vision, and measures of success
  • Establish and track defined measures of success and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout the program
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks for decisions, escalations, and change controls pertaining to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Accurately report delivery progress to program stakeholders
  • Report key risks and issues to leadership and drive mitigations and resolutions
  • Oversee and manage the program's financial budget
  • Serve as a liaison fostering communication and integration between product teams, business units, and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Product team to identify and align on relevant GUS projects for the program, ensuring accurate creation in GUS in adherence to established work breakdown structure guidelines
Qualifications by Level Technical Program Management Lead (6+ years)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in a Program or Project Management role
  • Proficiency in enterprise-level software and collaboration platforms, including G-Suite, Smartsheets, or comparable systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with superior verbal and written communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize business and technical requirements to develop robust project plans and estimates
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy, collaborative team environment
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities concurrently and performing effectively under pressure
  • Extensive experience in business process optimization pertaining to enterprise software and internal operational workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Salesforce technology
  • PMP Certification or MSP Certification
Technical Program Management Senior Analyst (3-5 years)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Program or Project Management role
  • Proficiency in enterprise-level software and collaboration platforms, including G-Suite, Smartsheets, or comparable systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to synthesize business and technical requirements to support project plans and estimates
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy, collaborative team environment
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities concurrently and performing effectively under pressure
  • Experience in business process optimization pertaining to enterprise software and internal operational workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Salesforce technology
  • PMP Certification or MSP Certification

The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
