Recorded Future is seeking a highly experienced Lead CPQ Salesforce Specialist to own and evolve our Salesforce CPQ ecosystem. This individual will operate as a senior individual contributor responsible for end-to-end Quote-to-Cash execution, system architecture, pricing strategy alignment, and scalable automation. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic thinking, with the ability to operate independently and drive high-impact initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Own the end-to-end CPQ lifecycle including product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, and renewals.
- Design, build, and optimize scalable CPQ solutions within Salesforce.
- Lead CPQ architecture decisions and ensure alignment with GTM, Finance, and Product strategies.
- Manage and enhance product catalog, pricing structures, discounting models, and bundling strategies.
- Drive automation across quote generation, approvals, and contract workflows.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Product.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance (including SOX considerations).
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex CPQ issues and optimize performance.
- Support strategic initiatives including CPQ revamps, pricing changes, and GTM transformation efforts.
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification required.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
- Strong understanding of product and pricing strategy.
- Experience working with Finance and revenue systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Advanced Approvals and complex approval workflows.
- Experience with CPQ implementations, redesigns, or large-scale optimizations.

Technical Skills:
- Salesforce CPQ configuration (products, price rules, product rules, quote templates).
- Salesforce platform (Flows, Apex, validation rules, security model).
- Integrations with downstream systems (ERP, billing platforms).
- Data management, deduplication, and governance.
- Reporting and analytics for CPQ and revenue operations.
AI & Automation
- Experience or strong interest in AI-driven automation within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with agentic workflows and intelligent process automation.
- Ability to identify opportunities for automation in quoting, approvals, and forecasting.
- Experience with tools that enhance data enrichment, routing, or decision-making is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Billing or other QTC tools.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Exposure to RevOps transformations or GTM system overhauls.
- Familiarity with tools such as Clari, Gong, Outreach, or similar.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$193,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary displayed reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by state, work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K.
