Belden's Growth Marketing Manager leads targeted, data-driven campaigns that shape buying decisions, generate leads and accelerate funnel inflow across key audiences. This role develops campaign strategy, translates technical concepts into clear customer messaging, and serves as the primary connection between marketing activity and commercial outcomes. This role reports to the regional Senior Growth Marketing Manager. While we are open to remote candidates within the U.S., we have a strong preference for candidates based in the Indianapolis, Indiana area to facilitiate occasional in-person collaboration. What you will bring:
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $100,000 to 150,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
