ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager based in the US to join our team at Wind River and help achieve our pipeline goals across North America and Latin America. The Field Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing programs and events to generate leads, qualify and convert them into opportunities, and support sales efforts to meet revenue targets for Industrial, Enterprise, Telco, and Automotive in the Americas region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results through data analysis.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Develop and execute ABM strategies for high-priority accounts.
  • Create personalized, multi-channel campaigns leveraging email, digital ads, social media, and events.
  • Design and deliver 1:few and 1:many ABM programs to complement 1:1 initiatives.
  • Ensure ABM efforts are integrated with broader field marketing campaigns and corporate initiatives to maximize impact.
  • Work with sales to identify target accounts and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Monitor and analyze ABM performance metrics, including account engagement, influenced pipeline, and ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate executive engagement activities, including VIP events, roundtables, and customized outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with the partner team to develop co-marketing programs that drive joint pipeline growth.
Program Creation & Execution
  • Design and implement integrated regional marketing programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end event strategy, including budgeting, promotion, and ROI analysis.
  • Ownmiddle-of-funnel (MOFU) initiativessuch as webinars, panels, and virtual events:
    • Define focus, messaging, and participants (analysts, partners, clients) in collaboration with industry and product marketing.
    • Incorporate client stories and case studies for engagement.
  • Drive attendance and lead generation through targeted outreach and digital channels.
  • Reuse content from corporate and product marketing to maximize efficiency.
  • Latin America Expansion:
    • Develop and execute channel marketing programs in Latin America to enable indirect sales through distributors and partners and support regional growth.
    • Collaborate with channel teams to create co-marketing campaigns and localized initiatives, including event sponsorships and partner enablement materials, to drive pipeline in new LATAM markets.
    • Ensure localization and compliance for regional campaigns, particularly in Latin America.
  • Customer Reference Program:
    • Build and manage the Americas customer reference program, ensuring a steady pipeline of customer stories and case studies to support marketing and sales initiatives.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and recruit reference candidates, securing participation in webinars, panels, and other advocacy opportunities.
    • Incorporate customer reference initiatives into campaigns, leveraging case studies and success stories to accelerate pipeline.
Funnel Optimization & Analytics
  • Optimize the lead funnel to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Salesforce, Marketo, and ABM platforms.
  • Maintain a regional scorecard and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor budget utilization and ensure cost efficiency across all programs.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to inform campaign strategy.
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Partner closely with sales, demand generation, and product marketing teams to ensure alignment.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors for flawless execution.
  • Evaluate and adopt innovative marketing technologies to enhance ABM and program performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven success in ABM strategy and execution for enterprise accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach and a passion for results.
  • Results-driven and willing to go the extra mile to achieve targets
  • Must be legally able to work in the U.S. without requirement for any type of visa sponsorship / transfer now, or, at any time in the future.
  • Local residents only, with ability to work on site 3 days or more/week.

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this role's listed grade level is currently $146,000 to 210,00 plus bonus. Salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities of the applicant, and equity with other team members.
