What you'll do:
- Schedule meetings and provide administrative support for the US Audience Development team.
- Manage end-to-end process for new vendor set up and processing of invoices / POs
- Responsible for weekly Audience Development reports including audience growth, digital KPIs, social content highlights, top UGC and sound/trend tracking.
- Assist the AD team on research, ideation and set up across core digital campaigns (influencer campaigns, digital content distribution, social content shoots and fan activations).
- Responsible for weekly digital partner pitching, asset coordination and tracking across priority frontline releases. Assist with digital platform support requests, verifications, troubleshooting & account issues
- Assist with onboarding of new artists and provide social audits and digital optimization recommendations.
- Manage AD team internal resources & documentation (best practice docs, agency database & digital tracking docs.
- Maintain super fan & creator directories for priority artist campaigns; assist with community management, fan outreach and coordination of fan-focused UGC initiatives.
Who you are:
- Ideally has previous administrative experience, Music industry experience with knowledge of the recorded music business preferred
- Must have a passion for music
- Must be a team player
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Meet, Calendar, Drive) & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); Photoshop also preferred
- Proactive and collaborative nature with the ability to demonstrate strong judgment, critical thinking skills and resourcefulness
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume & evolving environment
- Ability to work overtime when necessary

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
