Position Overview NRI Healthcare is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to support clinical operations across two outpatient health centers in Washington, DC. This temporary position will float between two sites on a 60/40 split and play a key role in supporting providers, coordinating patient care, and delivering nursing services in a fast-paced ambulatory care environment. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical nursing support to a team of up to 6-7 providers at a time Assist with patient care for providers seeing up to 20 patients per day (average ~15) Collaborate with Medical Assistants who work directly with providers Deliver advanced patient education, treatments, and triage services Conduct nursing-specific visits as scheduled Respond to urgent clinical needs, including walk-in patients or those experiencing changes in condition Pre-chart patient cases to prepare for daily clinical workflows Support overall clinic operations and ensure high-quality patient care across both sites Work Environment Outpatient health center setting Team-based care model with strong nursing collaboration Dynamic workflow requiring flexibility and responsiveness to patient needs Minimum Requirements Active Washington, DC Registered Nurse (RN) License Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Proof of required vaccinations: Hepatitis B PPD/TB screening Influenza Additional Details No weekend shifts required Floating between two clinic locations within Washington, DC (no specific addresses disclosed) Opportunity for assignment extension based on organizational needs
