TITLE: Pricing Analyst
POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Pricing Analyst will serve as a strategic partner to sales teams. Ensuring pricing decisions are both responsive and aligned with the company's objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- College Degree Preferred.
- Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with brokers, customers and sales team to effectively process all contracts.
- Formulate and prepare new contracts based on distributor requests and product specifications.
- Process monthly contract renewals based on appropriate price changes.
- Field general sales phone calls.
- Maintain and update all customer price records as requested. Notify all customers, brokers, regional managers, & customer service reps of changes.
- Implement all announced mass price changes, to include sending announcement letter, communication to broker and sales team, update price change in the system, and distribution of new pricing to customers & brokers.
- Maintain detailed record of mass price changes.
- Provide customer pricing reports to customer, broker, and sales team as requested.

- Dependability - Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
