Job Description

The Supplier Management Analyst supports the end-to-end supplier lifecycle, including onboarding, master data management, and ongoing supplier governance. This role ensures supplier data is accurate, complete, and compliant across systems, partnering closely with Finance, Tax, Legal, and Treasury teams to validate requirements and resolve exceptions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement to strengthen supplier management processes and operational efficiency.

  • Support end-to-end supplier onboarding, including documentation collection, supplier communications, and system setup.
  • Enter, update, and maintain supplier, banking, and account data across supplier systems and databases to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare and validate source data for entry by compiling, sorting, and verifying information; establish entry priorities to meet business needs and service levels.
  • Review supplier and account documentation for deficiencies; partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, and Treasury to validate required data and resolve exceptions.
  • Perform supplier master data maintenance and governance activities, including periodic reviews and ongoing life cycle updates.
  • Maintain database integrity through reporting, audits, and data quality checks; investigate and correct discrepancies.
  • Provide technical and process support to suppliers during onboarding and maintenance activities; escalate issues as needed.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders; deliver timely, customer-focused support.
  • Document procedures, maintain playbooks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and enhance customer support.
  • Present information clearly and respond to questions from individuals, groups, and managers.
  • Generate and posting weekly reporting, vendor master
  • Ability to troubleshoot SAP error reports
  • Develop proficiency in Power BI by completing formal training
  • Independent error tracking
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • No travel required.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in supplier onboarding, supplier master data, and/or related business operations (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent tasks through effective organization, prioritization, and time management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage transactions accurately across multiple systems and programs.
  • Ability to identify issues, solve practical problems, and work effectively with a variety of variables and instructions (written, oral, diagrams, and schedules).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting information and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Ariba SLP preferred; SAP ECC experience is a plus.
  • Friendly, timely customer service approach; able to build positive supplier relationships.
  • High integrity with a positive, can-do approach and continuous improvement mindset.
