About the role:

As an IT Learning & Development Lead, you will responsible for building, maturing, and scaling the IT Learning & Development capability from an early ("crawl") state to a fully operational and sustainable ("run") state. You will lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of IT learning, onboarding, career development, and experiential learning programs. While initially an individual contributor role, it may include oversight of one contractor within 12-18 months.

You will report to the Director, Strategy & Planning and be located at Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid position with 2 days remote. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Centralize, curate, and promote IT learning and training resources across IT and the enterprise.



  • Manage the IT training catalog, including coordination with third-party training partners and internal subject-matter experts.



  • Design, standardize, and improve the IT onboarding experience, including role-aligned onboarding and IT orientation.



  • Develop IT career development pathways in consideration of skills, roles, and workforce need.



  • Sustain and enhance an IT mentorship program, including structure, enablement resources, and success metrics.



  • Support facilitation of the annual Pitch Competition and other engagement-driven development programs.



  • Manage IT skills tracking capabilities (e.g., TeamTrac or successor tools) and recommend tool enhancements or transitions.



  • Leverage skills and learning data to inform development priorities and workforce capability planning.



  • Partner with the IT Engagement Team to align learning initiatives with engagement and culture-building efforts.



  • Provide day-to-day oversight of contractor resources as applicable, ensuring delivery against goals.



  • Define program governance, success metrics, and operating rhythms for all Learning & Development programs.





Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or a related field.



  • 5+ years in learning & development, talent development, or workforce enablement roles within IT or technical environments.



  • Demonstrated experience building and maturing learning programs from early-stage concepts to scalable solutions.



  • Program and vendor management capabilities.





We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $116,600 to $146,000 per year.
