Summary of Position

As Brand & Communications Writer at Teladoc Health, you will bring our enterprise narrative to life across executive communications, campaigns, events, web, and digital experiences. This is a senior, hands-on writing role for a strategic communicator who can translate complex healthcare strategy into clear, human-centered messaging at scale.

You will set the copy vision and standards for the enterprise brand, while also writing and shaping highimpact work yourself. From keynote decks and thought leadership to campaign copy and experiential and event messaging, you will help shape how our story shows up in the world.

This role requires both craft excellence and strategic thinking-someone who can execute high-quality writing while contributing to messaging frameworks and storytelling systems and influencing how our story shows up across audiences and channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Enterprise & Executive Communications
  • Lead copy direction for enterpriselevel storytelling, including executive presentations, leadership communications, and strategic narratives.

  • Translate complex healthcare strategies, data, and clinical concepts into accessible, persuasive narratives.

  • Partner with design to ensure narrative clarity, hierarchy, and cohesion across visual storytelling

Campaign & Cross-Channel Content
  • Ensure messaging ladders clearly from enterprise narrative to product naming, audience, and channel execution

  • Set copy direction for integrated campaigns across web, digital, email, social, video, and experiential touchpoints

  • Adapt messaging for different audiences while maintaining brand consistency.

  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and performance teams to align messaging with campaign objectives and outcomes

  • Support performance-driven messaging in partnership with digital and marketing teams.

Event & Experiential Writing
  • Write event thematics, booth messaging, environmental copy, and experiential storytelling assets.
  • Lead narrative development for major events and experiential moments

  • Ensure cohesive translation of messaging across physical and digital event touchpoints.

Brand Voice & Editorial Stewardship
  • Own and uphold brand voice, tone, and editorial standards

  • Provide copy leadership across teams to ensure consistency in terminology, clarity, and narrative alignment.

  • Review and elevate work produced by other writers, agencies, and partners

  • Contribute to the evolution of messaging frameworks and editorial best practices.

Leadership & Collaboration
  • Act as a senior copy leader within the enterprise brand team, influencing creative quality across workstreams

  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Communications, Web, Project Management, and Events teams.

  • Participate in creative reviews and messaging strategy discussions.

  • Work within established creative operations workflows and timelines.

    Required Qualifications for Position
    • 10+ years of professional writing and copy leadership experience, with a strong portfolio spanning enterprise, B2B, and consumer work

    • Deep understanding of brand voice systems, messaging frameworks, and multichannel storytelling.

    • Strong executive presence and experience writing for executive audiences, leadership communications, and enterprise storytelling.

    • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across presentations, campaigns, events, web, and video.

    • Ability to translate complex healthcare and clinical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.

    • Proven experience leading copy and narrative development for complex organizations or regulated industries (healthcare experience a plus).

    • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills; equally comfortable defining messaging frameworks and writing the work.

    • Experience guiding or mentoring other writers (formal people management not required).

    • Familiarity with AI writing tools and editorial workflow platforms.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

    The base salary range for this position is$120,000 - $130,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

    We follow a Flexible Vacation Policy, intended for rest, relaxation, and personal time. All time off must be approved by your manager prior to use. You will also receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually. This applies to full-time positions only.
