Business Execution Consultant

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Owner - Loan Servicing for a 6+ month contract position located in Charlotte, NC.

The Product Owner will support the loan servicing application integrated with Versana, with responsibility for backlog ownership and cross functional coordination to enable efficient syndicated loan servicing. This role is a niche contract position intended to provide immediate value as a gap fill, supporting our client's implementation of Versana.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Own and prioritize the loan servicing product backlog, including Versana and Loan IQ integrations
• Translate business requirements into clear features and user stories
• Partner with Technology teams and external vendors to deliver solutions end to end
• Serve as the primary point of contact for production issues, enhancements, and escalations
• Coordinate production triage and issue resolution
• Support UAT execution and manage production releases
• Work within Agile delivery frameworks using Jira and user story driven development

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• Experience working with Versana and/or Loan IQ (Versana experience strongly preferred)
• Product Owner or Product Manager experience with backlog ownership
• Strong understanding of syndicated loan servicing operations
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Experience supporting UAT and managing production deployments
• Strong cross functional communication and coordination skills

Desired skills:

• Experience at large financial institutions
• Product Owner or Business Analyst who has worked directly on Versana with relevant, hands on experience
• Experience going through the Versana lifecycle, including: Integration design, Connectivity and data flows, Event consumption, Functional design and implementation
• Understanding of Versana's specific nuances
• Loan IQ experience is the closest and most relevant adjacent skill set
• Technical background is nice to have, but not required
• Maximum of 2-3 years of relevant Versana experience, given the platform's maturity

Pay Range: $51.09 - $59.09 per hour
