Job Description As the Regional Logistics Project Specialist, you will serve as the strategic integrator between manufacturing output and customer fulfillment operations. Your primary objective is to optimize the end-to-end flow of goods across our North American distribution network, strategically balancing operational cost efficiencies with premium service-level benchmarks. This role requires a dual approach: designing high-level supply chain architecture while ensuring the seamless execution of "boots-on-the-ground" project management. Being present in facilities across North America is key to delivering all the aspects of this position. Knowing from Canada, East to West of US and Mexico is mandatory to understand each particularity of the business and address the solutions accordingly. RESPONSIBILITIES
DIMENSIONS This role manages flow and optimizes operations across 12 North American warehouse nodes. It requires evaluating trade-offs to minimize operational costs while maximizing service levels. You will have the autonomy to reshape how the company serves the North American market and the visibility to design a more resilient and cost-effective ecosystem. IMPACT AND INFLUENCE The position requires interacting with and influencing warehouse managers and factory leaders who may have competing priorities. It also provides the visibility to influence executive-level logistics strategy. KEY RELATIONSHIPS / CLIENTS
Education: Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Trainings: Lean Six Sigma or PMP (Highly preferred). Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) Advanced Excel Skills: Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Strong negotiation skills. Ability to influence stakeholders with competing priorities. Project management and continuous improvement. Data analytics, KPI management, and financial oversight. Experience: 5+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering, specifically managing multi-site networks.
