Supports the Wellness Program Manager by coordinating and helping implement the short-term and long-term strategies of Wellness programming. Helps develop and executes programs that create awareness, motivation and provides tools to employees that help them adapt and maintain a well-rounded healthy lifestyle. Responsible for providing plan administration, participant communications and customer service of the company's Wellness program. Tasks and Responsibilities
Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Experience working with Corporate Wellness programs and knowledge in health promotion.
Must be detail orientated and act with a sense of urgency.
Exhibits strong interpersonal, relationship-building, teamwork and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills - confidence in delivering information publicly to all levels of employees.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Ability to manage and coordinate events both indoors and outdoors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling
Possess a valid driver's license with a history of a safe driving record in accordance with CPSE policies, procedures, safety standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business-related events. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Kinesiology, Biology, Physical Sciences or related field from an accredited university. Required Certifications
Working Environment
Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business-related events. Work hours may be extended. Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
