Your Role on Our Team

As an Analytics Engineer II, you will help design, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions to drive business intelligence, advanced analytics, and informed decision-making. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data is well-modeled, accurate, and accessible.

You will be self-motivated, innovative, and a strong collaborator, working with technical and business stakeholders - including teams located in other countries - to translate business needs into high-impact analytical solutions.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

* Contribute to the design and development of data models, pipelines, and analytics solutions for reporting and dashboards.

* Collaborate with global business teams, data engineers, and BI developers to ensure data is structured and accessible for analysis.

* Apply and promote best practices in data modeling, governance, quality, and performance optimization.

* Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, efficient, and impactful solutions.

* Support modern analytics architectures (e.g., cloud platforms, data lakes, ELT, and BI).

* Collaborate with team members and seek opportunities to learn new tools and technologies.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

* 2-4 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, BI development, or related field.

* Strong SQL skills with understanding of data modeling, warehousing concepts, and ETL/ELT processes.

* Exposure to modern cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, AWS, etc.).

* Experience with scripting/programming languages such as Python, DAX, R, or similar.

* Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI, Grafana, or Tableau.

* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

* Strong analytical mindset and willingness to grow technical depth.

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

* Exposure to ERP/MRP/Order Mgmt platforms (Oracle, MS Dynamics, SAP, etc.).

* Interest or basic knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.

* Detail-oriented, proactive in embracing challenges, and committed to continuous learning.

* Ability to travel internationally, up to 10% based on business needs
