Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, production-focused Graphic Designer to support a time-sensitive in-store refresh project. In this role, you will develop refined graphic assets aligned to a defined Timeless aesthetic, ensuring all deliverables are production-ready and executed with precision across in-store and digital touchpoints. This is a production design role-creative direction and brand parameters are already established, and your success depends on your ability to apply them accurately and consistently across a high volume of store locations.

You will collaborate closely with the Visual Operations, Store Design, and Creative teams to bring this project to completion on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

*Develop refined graphic assets-including typography treatments, layout compositions, and visual elements-aligned to the project's established Timeless brand direction

*Produce production-ready files for in-store and digital applications, ensuring accuracy in sizing, color profiles, and file formats

*Apply graphic assets consistently across all project touchpoints and store locations, following precise specifications

*Reference and cross-check Excel spreadsheets to verify layouts and ensure alignment with project requirements

*Communicate with internal partners as needed (Visual Ops, Store Design, Creative teams) to confirm specs and resolve production questions

*Manage daily workload efficiently to meet project milestones and stay on schedule

Required Skills & Qualifications

*Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong command of InDesign (required)

*Comfortable working from Excel spreadsheets to confirm layouts and data accuracy

*Strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach to file accuracy and production specs

*Ability to follow precise creative direction and brand parameters without deviation

*Collaborative and communicative-able to work cross-functionally with a small team of partners

*Self-directed and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

*Positive, calm, and adaptable in a fast-paced project environment

Nice to Have

*Experience in retail, in-store, or environmental graphic design

*Background in visual merchandising or store design production

*Prior experience managing multiple store location assets or large-scale production rollouts
