Overview
Salary: $22-25 Hourly up to $25/hr Join a Supply Chain team and gain hands-on experience at one of the world's leading beauty companies. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to build real-world expertise across planning, forecasting, and operations while working alongside a high-performing, collaborative team. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day supply chain operations, contributing to critical business processes, and driving efficiencies through data and technology.
What You'll Do
- Support core supply chain functions including inventory management, forecasting, planning, and order management
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner cross-functionally with teams across operations, finance, and customer service
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Contribute to reporting and insights using tools like Excel, SAP, and Power BI
- Support ad hoc projects and help streamline day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Familiarity with SAP and/or Power BI is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
- Background in consumer goods, beauty, or retail
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
