Project Manager, Trade Merchandising

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our client's Omni Channel Merchandising Team. Your expertise in project management will ensure that innovative merchandising solutions are designed, executed, and delivered on time and within budget, making a tangible impact on how products are presented to millions of customers globally. **What you'll do:**

* Lead end-to-end project management for merchandising initiatives, from initial concept and kickoff with cross-functional teams, through approval processes, design adjustments, and overseeing production and shipping for timely delivery and activation.

* Maintain the integrity of all merchandising databases and budgets, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.

* Collaborate strategically with sales, customer strategic marketing, finance, and product marketing teams to develop innovative and cost-effective merchandising solutions for products at retail.

* Proactively troubleshoot, problem-solve, and communicate with internal operational teams to ensure all out-of-aisle merchandising projects are delivered on time with proper follow-up.

* Lead weekly project management calls with internal teams and external vendor partners, fostering strong relationships while driving clear expectations for deliverables.

* Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset, meticulous attention to detail in daily projects, and the ability to make informed decisions in urgent and ambiguous situations.

* Bring high energy and eagerness to support the company's diverse portfolio of products through impactful retail displays.

**What you'll bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.

* 5+ years of project management experience.

* Strong knowledge of and interest in retail/trade merchandising.

* Experience in the consumer products goods (CPG) industry.

* Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and within budget.

* Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Outlook and SharePoint.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Project Management certifications.

* Experience with using Smartsheet and Adobe Frame.io.
