JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position Summary
We are seeking a temporary Accounts Payable Specialist to support a busy accounting team during a short-term leave coverage period. This individual will assist with core AP functions and help maintain day-to-day workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training will be provided, but the ideal candidate should be able to step in quickly and contribute with minimal ramp-up.

Key Responsibilities
*Perform three-way matching
*Process PO and non-PO invoices
*Enter and maintain invoice data in the ERP system
*Monitor incoming AP email/invoice activity
*Make and apply supplier deposits
*Run and review aging reports
*Follow up on open items, approvals, receipts, and unmatched transactions
*Support general Accounts Payable workflow and month-end close activity

Qualifications
*Prior Accounts Payable experience required
*Strong understanding of:
oThree-way matching
oPO vs non-PO invoices
oAging reports
oSub-ledger / AP fundamentals
*Experience working in an ERP system
*Basic Excel skills
*Manufacturing or distribution environment experience preferred
*Must be able to work 100% onsite

Additional Requirements
*Must qualify as a U.S. Person due to site requirements
*Must be comfortable working in a deadline-driven accounting environment
