The Office of Compliance at the University of Virginia seeks an individual to serve as the University Records Officer for the University's Academic Division. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Compliance, this full-time position will manage and refine the Academic Division's overall records management program and help ensure compliance with applicable records management laws and regulations. The University Records Officer will be primarily responsible to:

Physical Demands This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. The anticipated hiring range is $130,000 - $140,000, commensurate with education and experience. This is an exempt-level, benefited position. Learn more about UVA benefits. This position is based in Charlottesville, VA, in an office that operates on a hybrid work schedule, currently with two days per week in the office in person and three days working from home.
