POSITION SUMMARY: Control daily flow of repair orders received and/or shipped to and from Customers. Maintain Customer owned or CNV owned inventories as necessary. Data entry and updating of computer programs with information necessary for CNV or Customer use.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The duties and responsibilities regularly performed for this position are:




  • Unpack received inventory and verify part numbers and quantities.
  • Packaging and shipping of inventory to meet company and customer demands.
  • Organize paperwork of inventory for repair processing.
  • Maintain and organize various inventories.
  • Data entry of inventory transactions.
  • Understand work in process as it relates to due dates and % on-time.
  • Troubleshoot and research discrepancies.
  • Communicate with repair personnel and Customers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of transactions.
  • Assist with Kaizen/Lean improvement projects.
  • General department housekeeping.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Adhere to and promote Corporate Code of Ethical Standards
  • Ensure compliance with Company IPM/QPM and ISO-9000 quality requirements



MARGINAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The marginal duties and responsibilities (performed occasionally or at irregular intervals) for this position are:



  • Month-end, or periodic, processing of reports required for accounting/audits.
  • Train others to perform your various job functions for support or back-up.
  • Provide support for new ideas and proposals.
  • Present your area to Customers in an organized and professional manner.
  • Perform other tasks, as assigned.
  • Cycle count/Job kitting




EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:


The specific EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE requirements of this position are:




  • Able to read/write in English
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Must possess basic math skills
  • Ability to complete complex tasks on time with minimal supervision / guidance
  • Able to work with all levels of the organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to find creative solutions to complex issues and manage change

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
