About the role - you will:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair vacuum equipment in wafer fabrication.
  • Utilize your knowledge of electronic circuits, PLCs, and robotics, and be able to read schematics.
  • Follow and complete PM instructions.
  • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime.

    • This includes technicians who repair and maintain production and production test equipment.


  • Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
  • Administer training programs to ensure proper equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures.
  • Work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative, understanding the implications of work and making recommendations for solutions.
  • Determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
  • Provide guidance to other non-exempt personnel.
  • Be a skilled specialist who completes tasks in creative and effective ways.
  • Have the ability to work with chemicals while following all safety procedures.
  • Must be able to work Monday-Wednesday, and every other Thursday from, 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Your experience includes:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.



You Might Also Have:



  • AAS technical degree.
  • Related field experience, post-secondary education, or relevant military experience.
  • Software and hardware experience.



The estimated base wage range for this position is $25.33 - $36.22 an hr. The individual base wage is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
