About the Role

We're looking for a solutions focused professional with strong relationship building and influencing skills to join our team as Associate, Ordering. In this role, you will be issuing purchase orders and managing the purchase fulfillment process. You will ensure accuracy in dealer invoices and support timely payment processing and title and registration initiation. This position offers the opportunity to build skillset and develop process management and communication skills that can lead to other opportunities within the business.

What You'll Do

  • Issue purchase orders

  • Ensure accuracy of received dealer invoices for payment processing

  • Manage receipt of Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) from dealers to ensure timely initiation of Initial Title & Registration process

  • Communicate with dealers to request MSO

  • Communicate with dealers to confirm delivery

  • Communicate with dealers to validate payment details

  • Complete new dealer setup

  • Gather required documents including W9 and ACH banking information

  • Support post payment activities and fulfillment tracking

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 1 to 2 years business experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or comparable software application

  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

  • Problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: College/University degree preferred

  • Automotive or Fleet Industry experience preferred

  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills

  • Solutions focused mindset

Location-Owing Mills, MD

The hiring base salary range for this position is $46,800 - $64,355 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
