Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations which included:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
• Monitor workflow to ensure productivity, accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation
• Collaborate with other distribution centers and Benco departments (operations, customer service, purchasing, etc.) to resolve issues and maintain consistent operations
• Responsible for the creation of, and maintenance of required reports, used by Warehouse and Operations teams
• Analyze performance metrics and assist with the implementation and follow-up of any Quality / LEAN / Continuous Improvement process improvements
• Manage staffing schedules, attendance, and labor planning
• Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Responsible for associate coaching/training - documentation, constructive/progressive discipline practice, performance review process, associate meetings and touch-points

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

• Associates degree in Business or related field or equivalent education/experience
• 2-5 years of warehouse or distribution experience
• 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred
• Experience with Infor systems preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse management system (WMS), inventory control practices, and Continuous Improvement/Quality Systems
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Available for travel (estimated 10%)
