As Business Support Assistant, you'll be at the forefront of building one of the most advanced clean energy infrastructures in the country.

This isn't just another Business Support Assistant role. You'll be at the heart of the project's day-to-day operations, providing the administrative backbone that keeps a multi-billion-dollar facility running smoothly. Your responsibilities will span the full spectrum of business support - from coordinating office logistics to managing new team members onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
  • Coordinate office logistics, equipment management, and workspace arrangements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for welcoming and onboarding new team members, owning and continuously improving the onboarding process
  • Maintain and update administrative systems and databases
  • Plan and coordinate executive meetings and visitor programs

Requirements


All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity. Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher-level position.

  • Minimum of 10 years of administrative support experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications:
    1. Word: Advanced document formatting and editing
    2. Excel: Spreadsheet creation, data analysis, and formula use
    3. PowerPoint: Presentation design and development
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to find solutions to a wide range of problems
